Paid to have house packed, which we'd not done before. Upon arriving at the new property we found we had valuables missing which we reported to the company and were advised to contact the police should we wish to take the matter further, which we did.

Not very careful with your possessions or house, rush to get the job done and 'lost' one of my items after reassuring us that it had been loaded and unloaded and that it must be at the new house. The small print says you only have 5 days to make a claim, so if you use them be careful.
