Amazing food, fast and lovely service and amazing portions. Great delivery service too.
Quite okay. I would say that they're a bit stingy with certain dishes but not with others. Singapore noodles contained four shrimp barely larger than penny, and scarcely any chicken to speak of. On the other hand the dim sum was very generous if a bit variable. The char siu buns and steamed shrimp dumplings were really quite good but the crispy fried beef dumplings and steamed pork siu mai were very bland. The beef dumplings having very little beef in them but being very satisfyingly crunchy As a note on customer service, they can be a bit touch and go. I spoke to a woman on the phone who asked for my post code without my address. When I told her she needed my house number x she thought I wanted to order item x from the menu. I'm not sure she realised multiple properties often fall under the same post code...The fact that the only way to order is by telephone is inexcusable in this day and age. Register with one of the many delivery transacting companies like Just Eat. Perhaps the worst problem with ordering for delivery is that the online menu is not their current menu. It doesn't take more than an hour or two to update a web page.I feel like the owners of this place really don't care about the business. They appear to be riding off past clientele. I've used this business on and off for the past decade and it's just not changing. If they continue to fail in adapting, they'll lose customers to competitors like the Jasmine Thai - which is a wholly better restaurant in every sense.
It wasn't nearly as bad as has been previously, service was really good and didn't take long for it to be ready (I'd walked in for a takeaway). Would eat from here again- although not any of the chicken, both dishes we had were a bit greasy..
